Welcome to TeaKind! TeaKind is a safe and positive space for mental health where you will find a range of mental health resources and products ranging from mental health boxes and notepads to communication cards and self harm and crisis resources. I hope that TeaKind will be a reminder that no matter what you are going through you aren’t alone and there’s always someone or something to help you when you need it. We create practical (but cute) mental health tools to help you day to day whether you're navigating mental illness, neurodivergence, burnout, a bad day or anything in-between. All of our products are created based on lived experience and designed to support you through the tough times.
Hi... My name is Chloe and i'm the person behind TeaKind. TeaKind is a safe and positive space for mental health where you will find a range of mental health resources and products that have all been designed by me. I have struggled with my mental health on and off since I was a teenager and it was when I was going through a really rough patch at the end of 2021 that I first started Teakind. I couldn't work because of my mental health and I needed to find a way to occupy my mind. It started out with a few drawings which is something I hadn't done for a long time, but as I got more into it this slowly became the way I would fill my days. Teakind started as a scrunchie business but I quickly realised that I could not find the resources I was looking for to support my mental health whilst I was on the waiting list for therapy so I decided to create my own. And from there Teakind has grown into where it is today, with lots of mental health resources that I hope you will also find helpful.
I get inspiration for my products from my own experiences living with mental illness and being neurodivergent, with products ranging from communication cards, self harm resources, crisis resources, stationery and mental health boxes. Struggling with your mental health can be the loneliest experience, but you are never alone and I hope that Teakind can provide you with a little bit of comfort and support when you may need it.
